Meta quest tracking is acting weird and the screen is freaking out

Hello, I have a meta quest 3 and for some reaosn, last might I hopped on to play some yeeps, but for some reaosn it kept on doing this? (2 vids in yhe google drive link)

    Hey there,

     

    We realise that issues with tracking are affecting your Metaverse experience, so we recommend that you clear your boundary history and redraw it, as this is known to help other users affected by the same issue.

     

    To complete this:

     

    1. Press the Meta button: on your right controller to open the universal menu. 
    2. Select the clock: on the left side of the menu to open Quick Settings. 
    3. Select Settings: (it looks like a gear icon) in the top right corner. 
    4. Select Environment setup: (or Physical Space). 
    5. Select Boundary . 
    6. Choose to clear: your boundary history or to redraw it. 
    7. You will then be prompted to create a new boundary for your current environment.
