Meta Quest unusable due to email recovery loop and Store PIN lock

My Meta Quest device is partially unusable.

I cannot download apps because my account is locked to an old email address

I no longer have access to. The automated recovery process leads to dead ends,

and there is no logical way to update my email or reset the Store PIN.

I have already contacted Meta support, but the process is extremely slow.

This blocks the use of paid hardware.

I am requesting manual assistance from a human support agent.
