So me and my girlfriend got 2 meta quest 3’s and i forgot when it happened but hers just didn’t boot up, and when it did it was going through the boot loop, i did the shut down method, i did the charge for 2 hours and the factory reset method, and i looked into the device info and it says it’s locked, i have the serial number and i don’t know what else to do besides contacting you.
