Meta refund help
I had ordered metal Ray-Ban’s I believe April 25th and I had gotten them and they were not what I expected, even though it’s a cool product. I’m in college and I got them for a project but it doesn’t do what I thought it would so I requested a refund less then a week after I gotten them and the meta support team was very supportive they reach out said they sent a return box so I did as instructed when I received it and had went to a fed ex location to have it shipped out. It only took a couple days for it to get to the location I had gotten the notification from fedex that it made its destination and it’s been 2 months now and I only get a couple emails with the same layout saying that they haven’t found it that they will let me know what they come up with. I was wondering what route I should take to get in better communication because I really need the money for college I had bought It originally for college.
