Meta Store Support via Whatsapp real?

Hey,

is there an actual Meta store support offered through whatsapp? I was just in touch with the verified "Meta Store Support" on my browser version of whatsapp (got there through the help-center on meta.com), shared some info on my account like username because the support person asked for it, but the conversation just died at some point and I am worried I got phished! I did get support links to solve the issue and they went to the official meta support sites. Any info for me?
