Forum Discussion
Hi there. This is a very bad situation for you. I just spoke to my wife who is a lawyer here in Turkey, she handles mostly corporate business, usually for the companies, not the person. She has a Doctorate in international law related to Europe mostly and she told me you should discuss the possibility with your lawyer who will tell you what, if anything they can do. You asked if there is anything we can do, so you might be thinking of some kind of class action. If so, she thinks this will be impossible as each case like this tends to be a unique set of circumstances. A class action would generally only be related to one specific possibility such as a huge number of devices having the same part broken, for example a camera or sensor. She thinks the best option is to have contact with some human support people here,
ell them your situation and hopefully get it resolved. Mistakes can happen, things can get lost but it's been long enough to have had this resolved already. Don't take anything I say as legal advice, just a general opinion from my very knowledgeable wife! Good luck my friend. I hope you get a good resolution. As for contacts I think Choleni can give you the links if she sees this as, she knows a lot more about it than I do!
