Your experience is far from being nice..... have you tried using the WhatsApp option to contact support? Maybe you can reach a human being instead of Ai there?
Also, contacting support here in the forum might things push in the right direction.
Send a PM MetaStoreHelp
Click on their name, then click the "message" button.
And be persistent..... tell them again and again THEY made a mistake and must correct it.
