Hello i’m i wondering how i can unsuspend my account i am unable to add a payment method and i’m having a hard time actually fining some real help. i never knew my account had a restriction until i tried to add a payment method which is strange i also never got an email about it

is your account actually suspended or are you simply not able to add a payment method?
Have you tried different devices, different browsers, mobile app, web page?
Recently a user solved the problem by adding the payment method by using the browser in the headset.
