Meta texts won't load
So I just got back from three days of not using my Quest 3s. When I get on it, I notice that recent messages aren't loading. I wait a while but they still won't load. I go to type but the message won't send who I typed it to. The meta quest app is perfectly fine when I text the same person on there. I go to support because I'm not sure what to do, and the person tells me to uninstall and reinstall the meta quest app, I do so. That made everything much, much worse. I am now completely unable to contact anyone on either device.
I am extremely frustrated by this as there are people who I can only contact via the meta quest app. I want to avoid contacting support again because I am worried of making it worse.
TL;DR: Messages on vr wouldn't load, contacted support who told me to uninstall and reinstall meta quest app on phone. Phone app is now the same way.

I had something similar a few years ago. And I saw a post from another user who also can't send messages.
This could be due to server issues. If that's case, there's nothing you can do.
Maybe just wait a bit; it will probably "fix" itself.
