Meta using broken a.i system

My meta account was mass reported for breaking code of conduct. I accepted the 24hr ban due to accepting i snapped back. However my account has been mass reported by a troll. Two minutes of reading constant messages from said troll would show a behavioural pattern. Not only myself but others have suffered due to the broken a.i report system and lack of human involvment. My account went from 24hr to 48hr then to 5 day and npw added at the end of the 5day a 7day ban. The account whilst banned is unable to join horizons or message yet contimued accusations of breaking code of conduct. Ive reached out and been ignored by meta. Ive even had emloyees refuse to supply me with information to take legal action. Has anyone encountered this? 

Reporter has at minimum 15vilations reported from me. All deemed violations by meta. Yet still has an active account
