I have a meta quest but I went to go factory reset it but a purple light pops up all the time I try to use it I was seeing if you guys can help

funnykid403 Are you trying to reset it using the buttons or are you trying to do it through the mobile app?
If you're using the headset buttons, then a purple light means that the headset is in USB update mode and sideloading. Perhaps you have a stuck volume control button which is selecting sideload mode when you try to factory reset.
