We see that you are experiencing some problems when trying to play your game due to an error, and that not even a factory reset was able to resolve the issue. Let’s see what we can do to help.
As we do not know what other steps you have tried we wanted to provide you with some additional steps to try:
- Reinstall the Game: Although you performed a factory reset, ensure that "Animal Company" is cleanly reinstalled from your app library. Corrupted game files can cause launch errors.
- Log Out and Log Back In: Log out of your Meta account within the headset and the Meta Horizon mobile app, then log back in. This can refresh the account synchronization and resolve server-side errors.
- Ensure your Quest headset is running the latest firmware b
- Verify that you have the most up-to-date version of the Meta Horizon app installed on your phone via its app store

I’ve tried all the steps mentioned before the factory reset. I’ve also tried to use a von which would allow me to get past the error but after that I’d get an network error.
