You should receive the credit immediately after activating your headset, there is no code or email.
In your Horizan app tab on the three lines in the upper left corner - scroll down to payments and abonnements - tab on referrals to redeem your store credit.
If this doesn't work, reach out to support, they can help getting your referral credit.
