Thank you for sharing your issue with your microphone in Horizon World, we understand this can be very disappointing and alter your Meta Quest experience.
For this, we kindly ask that you reboot your headset and submit a bug report within the Horizon Worlds app:
Hard Reboot the headset:
Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound.
If the boot-up sound is not heard:
- Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
- Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
- Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
Submit a bug report:
- Open the Horizon Worlds app.
- Then, while holding both controllers, press down simultaneously the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller.
- Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug collection.
- Please include as much detail as possible and what you have done in attempt to resolve the issue.
