"Move with you" how the heck to enable

I got it working maybe once, and I forgot how I finally got it working. One feature I actually find interesting in this year's updates.

There's a 3 dot menu for windows, but clicking it just gives a "report a problem" button (which I've reported the problem with before). I would expect "move with you" to be located there but it isn't. There are no videos, no images, not even other forum posts, about this.

So where in the world is the button to enable it
