Sometimes downloading a game on one account and playing it on another doesn't work. I think it's a way to prevent people from playing games on their friends' accounts, essentially giving them the game for free. But as for the kid account thing I am not sure as I never used one before but the whole "parental lock" things on these services rarely ever work so that could be the issue I am not 100% sure though as I have a quest 2 with an unrestricted account I would maybe try reinstalling swarm on just the adult account and see if that works if it doesn't I am sorry I don't know how else to help
