My account dosen't show the device i own.

I'm trying to send my quest 3 to get repaired but i am unable since the web in meta says i don't own a device, despite this the meta horizon app shows that my device is owned by my account, and in the web itself I can see the purchases i made these months, I am trying to get in contact with any telephone or mail that could be of use but as said, this is kind of a road block and i don't know why the web is confused.

The device is unable to be paired in any way since is locked in a sort of safe mode so i cannot link it to anything.

    Sounds like you are looking on the "orders and returns" page for your headset.

    You should be able to see your device here:

    https://www.meta.com/my/devices/

    and here:

    https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/

    The first link shows you the serial number from the box - that's the one that you have to put in, if you want to claim your warranty.

    The second link shows you the serial number from the headset itself.

    On the orders and returns page, you have to change the filter from "Ordered: Last 3 months" to "Ordered: any time" 😉. If you click the link I provided, you should see your order if you bought your headset from Meta.
