Hey there, Sara! We see you are having issues with your controller not turning on, we suggest unpairing them with the mobile app.
- Open the Oculus mobile app on your phone.
- Tap Devices from the bottom menu.
- Tap the Oculus Quest 2 or Quest headset you currently have paired.
- Tap Controllers, then tap the controller that you want to unpair.
- Tap Unpair Controller.
Then once unpaired, replace the batteries and attempt to repair the controllers to the mobile app. If these issues persist these troubleshooting steps please submit a support ticket here or send us a PM by clicking here or on our name to get to our profile page, then click "Send a Message" to privately contact us. there is no devices menu on the bottom menu
i did these steps and still my controller wont turn on when i replace batteries
look the controller lights won't even turn on how am I supposed to connect the controller if it won't receive power from the battery, from my understanding you guys have had this problem with numerous different people, I saw a post with nearly 60 other people having the same issue with the left controller, my girlfriend got me the oculus as a birthday gift and barely got to use the thing, I expect someone from your customer service to get in touch so we can talk about getting me a replacement.

At time of writing: I am stuck in the factory reset screen, as my quest is refusing to "pair" with my left controller. It went out earlier today and hasn't fixed itself. When trying to do "pair mode" (Holding Y and Menu), no rumble is felt and no light flashes.
Addition: Whenever I attempt to pair my left controller, my right flashes and vibrates, and the left one says "paired." this looks like an issue where the right controller is syncing to the left's slot (??? I don't know how this would happen), and I have no clue how to fix it.

I have a similar issue. My right controller won't turn on . No lights or anything. New battery does not help.
My left controller is ok. Also tried swiching the batteries. Left still working. :-).
Think maybe it cold be the flat flex cablebetween the handle and the "circutboard". it have a sharp bend.
Is there a way to check the different circuts and boards are ok?
Would like to buy a new one, but it is out of stock. There is no option to be notified when in stock. Will it be in stock again soon?

when Will a replacement controller be awailable. 🙂
Having the same issue! I have no attachments on my right controller, I've changed the batteries out with new ones, did a factory reset of the headset, and unpaired and tried to re-pair the right controller. The controller doesn't have a light that comes on or a vibration when trying to pair, and the headset doesn't show that the controller is even on. Is there an exchange I could do for the controller? Or can I purchase a new right hand controller only? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I am having the same problem a m-off and I have looked at all the stuff tried it all and i cant get it to work and since its cristmas time i dont have alot of money right now so i cant buy a replacement and i was wondering if i could get a free one
