Hey there, Sara! We see you are having issues with your controller not turning on, we suggest unpairing them with the mobile app.
- Open the Oculus mobile app on your phone.
- Tap Devices from the bottom menu.
- Tap the Oculus Quest 2 or Quest headset you currently have paired.
- Tap Controllers, then tap the controller that you want to unpair.
- Tap Unpair Controller.
Then once unpaired, replace the batteries and attempt to repair the controllers to the mobile app. If these issues persist these troubleshooting steps please submit a support ticket here or send us a PM by clicking here or on our name to get to our profile page, then click "Send a Message" to privately contact us. i did these steps and still my controller wont turn on when i replace batteries
