Sounds like the same problem here. First try fully powering off and then restarting the headset. If that doesn't work, try re-drawing your boundary. If that doesn't fix it, try a full factory reset (looks like you may have already done a factory reset? If so, try doing it again).

Hello Vinny0The7Vandal,
We understand that you are experiencing some problems using your controllers in multiple games, although they work perfectly in the menus. We'd like to provide you with some additional steps to try, beyond those already suggested by a community member.
Toggle Hand Tracking
Hand tracking can interfere with controller inputs in certain games.
- On your headset, go to Settings > Movement Tracking.
- Select Hand and Controller Settings.
- Turn Hand Tracking off.
- Completely power off your headset by holding the power button for at least 20 seconds, then power it back on.
- Launch a game to see if the controllers work.
Uninstall and reinstall the game
If the problem is limited to specific games, the game's software installation may be corrupted. Uninstalling and reinstalling it can resolve this.
- From the home screen, select the Apps icon.
- Hover over the game that is not working and select the three dots (...) on its window.
- Select Uninstall.
- After the game is uninstalled, find it in the Store and download it again.
If you continue having issues with specific games, you can also reach out to the game's developer to check whether certain controller settings are required.
