We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Facebook and Instagram accounts, however, we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.

For disabled, locked or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here: Instagram, Facebook.
