Hello Sami.George.AF !
We understand that you are having issues with a missing MAC address and is therefore unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. We would like to look into this issue. Therefore, please follow the below steps:
Hard Reboot the headsetHold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
If the boot-up sound is not heard:
Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
Check for Software Updates: Check if there are any available software updates, as updating your headset might resolve the issue.
Connect to a Different Network: If you have access to another Wi-Fi network, try connecting your headset to it. This can help isolate whether the problem is with your headset or your primary network.
