We understand you are having some issues with your controller disconnecting while playing Gorilla tag on your headset. If that is the only app being effected, we would recommend contacting their support page for further guidance. However, we will suggest some steps you can take to help get your controllers back in working order below. Please try as many of them as you can.
First of all, if the status light on the controllers are flashing in an SOS blinking sequence, please try the steps below.
- While the SOS is flashing, remove and reinsert the battery.
- Restart your headset.
- Unpair and re-pair your controllers to your headset using the Meta Horizon mobile app. Ensure that your headset is awake and nearby.
- Use the software update tool to check for and install any available updates.
- Perform a hard reboot. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds or until you hear the device reboot again.
