My meta gift card wont redeem

I bought a $35 meta quest gift card and when i tried to redeem in it said error in query i was really looking forward to it because i was wanting to buy some stuff now i just dont know what to do i already tried all the possible solutions like reseting the app but it still wont work. Please Meta if your reading this please help me out.
