My meta horizon account was hacked

My Meta Horizon account has been hacked. The attacker changed my password, and now I am unable to log in or secure the account. The hacker also linked a fake Instagram account to my Account Center and then disabled it. As a result, my Meta Horizon account has been suspended, and I currently have no access or way to recover or secure it.

    Just to confirm, we would require all the requested information to be able to locate your Meta Horizon account. This means we would also require the username.
