My meta horizon app is useless

Hi so if anyone can help me here that would be amazing so I'm getting the meta quest 3 for Christmas in a few days but the app on my phone is starting to annoy me so first time making the account all went fine setting it up but 5 minutes later at completing setup I get an email saying that my account has been suspended and I'm like how I've not used it yet at all and all I've done it just sigh up so I go through the whole faze of of appealing for my account to be unsuspended and all the face camera things it asked you to do and so I got my account but the same thing has happened today and Im not being funny I have games that I want to buy for this headset but I won't if unused account keeps getting suspended is just ridiculous and it's not like I can just call or email Meta as non of there systems have a customer service phone line for the UK. If anyone can get back to me about this issue that keeps recurring I will be most grateful.

    That's an account issue and has nothing to do with the app 🤷‍♂️. You'll need to contact support MetaStoreHelp​ . Click their username and select "Message".

    The app doesn't have a problem. Your Meta account is suspended for some reason. Hope you can get it resolved.

      I got my account back because I haven't done anything wrong since I get it back straight away and an little apology that just pops us basically saying sorry

    This sounds really frustrating especially when you have not even used the account yet
    A website or app should not suspend new users like this
    Hopefully Meta fixes this soon

      williampakker8  I've seen this situation before. It could well be that his Meta account is suspended for some reason. Maybe FB, WhatsApp, Instagram has a ban. He should contact the support link provided by steve_40 If he has a Meta Account already, he's not a new user unfortunately. It could well be an accidental block too, so support can help him. However, I think it's wrong to ban an account for a headset that the user paid for and wants to play games.

        Hi yes I do agree with what you saying at the bottom but just letting you know that I don't have any other accounts that Involve with meta apart from WhatsApp and that app doesn't use the same email i used to create me vr account with so they can't be linked at all if you have a solution on have to stop this annoying situation from happening or a way that I can physically contact meta that would be much appreciated.
