Hey there,
We understand that pairing issues are holding back your Metaverse experience, and we'd like to provide some tips to see if we can help!
First of all, if your headset is connected to another profile you don't have access to, you will need to complete a factory reset to allow you to pair the headset to a new account. To complete this process on the headset:
- Turn off your headset.
- Hold the power and volume (-) buttons on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen has loaded on your headset.
- Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
- Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
Furthermore, please ensure your headset and app are updated to the latest version to ensure that the latest changes, fixes, and features are installed, as this may help you out with the pairing issue.
