My Meta quest two is black, but I can hear sound

My Meta quest two is black and I could hear the sound. It will show the Meta quest sign and sometimes the bubbles. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. I tried to do where you hold the power button and the volume negative and then do boot I even factory reset it. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. It was not mine. It was someone else’s. I know it worked before I don’t understand what’s wrong with it now I’m new to having one of these so I’m not very familiar with how to do it so please treat me as a beginner.
