My oculus 2 keeps on randomly resetting

Ever since yesterday i have been getting a problem. My oculus 2 keeps on resetting and i can barely even have it on for like 30 seconds 

I have tried doing tutorials

Holding the off button for 60 seconds. But it still wont work i dont know what has caused this and i am not ever gonna factory reset unless it is neccecary because i will literally buy a new headset before i want to factory reset. 

I dont own a pc i only have the meta app and the vr itself but i cant do anything on the vr because it closes after 30 seconds, ive tried cloud backup but as i said its pretty much impossible to do that and it not shutting off

If anyone knows what has happened and what i should do to fix it. Please help u will be my hero.
