My oculus go won’t connect

We saw your post and wanted to try and help you get back into the Metaverse!

 

To set up and connect your Oculus Go to Wi-Fi, you'll need to download the Meta Horizon mobile app on your mobile phone.

 

The Meta Horizon mobile app runs on the following phones:

• Any Android phone running software version 5.0 or higher.
• Any iPhone running software version iOS 12.4 or higher.

You can download the Meta Horizon mobile app on your supported phone by going to oculus.com/app and following the on-screen instructions.

 

Please keep this in mind:
- Your phone must be connected to Wi-Fi and have Bluetooth turned on in order to set up your Oculus Go.
- If you install the Meta Horizon mobile app on an unsupported device, you may experience issues setting up your Oculus Go.

it won't work if you use the latest Meta Horizon mobile app.

You'll need an older version of the app.

Look here.... this solution also works for the Oculus Go.
