so, my phone got logged out of my meta account and my vr is still logged in but i dont have the accounts email or password but i do have my number and credit card which are all connected to the account what shall i do
You don't have your email or password because why?
Surely you can remember the email that you use. You can try to log in with it and click forgot password to get the a new one..... And write it down somewhere or keep it in a note on your phone. Just to confirm, having a credit card number and phone number won't help. If you really can't even remember your own email address, try to contact Meta Support.

If you are still logged into your headset, you can at least find your email address there.
Quick settings - profile - account center - personal details - contact info
So, tab on the "forgot password" in the phone app login and you should get an email with a password to log in........
I hope, your password for the email address is NOT the same as your Meta account password and you remember that.
