I am just trying to buy a game but it keeps telling me that my PIN is incorrect. I have reset it and reset it but it's not working.
I have been able to get around this by buying through the app and gifting myself the purchase, but this game is not letting me even purchase it as it says my phone is not paired with the headset (I Am Cat, if that helps).
Can anyone help? My kids' sanity depends on this stupid game.

Have you tried using the web store on your PC instead of the mobile app or headset to make your purchase?

Was forced to do a factory reset. Since then, it won't accept my pin, which meant no restore from cloud backup. Also means no fresh cloud backup.
