I woke up this morning to play vrfs and I saw my vr had a dark grey screen, so I rebooted it, then powered it off, nothing happened, I let the vr die then put it back on the charger and still nothing. I have been waiting all day and I want to play on my Quest 2. PLEASE help me with this!

Your proximity sensor might be faulty. If so, the headset won't notice your face, "thinks" the headset isn't worn and the screen stays black.
The sensor can be replaced, for example by fix my Oculus if you are in the US, in other countries use google and search for vr headset repair services.
