My quest 2 mic is not working

Question

I was playing nock with a buddy of mine switched to app chat from our party chat and it completely broke my mic. I have tried to fix it since by:

1. checking all my settings making sure it wasn't muted

2. Factory Resetting

3. testing on both air link and voice commands both output literally zero sound

4. Recording video to test it out

5. booting from the hidden menu you get to by holding down the power and - volume button

6. Enabling every permission on everything it allowed

None of these fixed the problem and I'm losing my **bleep** not being able to talk in game. If anyone has anything I haven't tried please let me know this does seem to be some weird software lock but I'm not sure what is causing it i think the party chat is what broke it but I need help with this because it's driving me insane

Have you got a resolution on this issue yet? As I have the exact same issue. I cannot talk in game on any game.

The mic issue is across every single game. doesn;t work on recordings and doesnt work on voice commands either and I checked the menu the headset itself is not muted
