You need to connect the headset to wifi, either using the phone app, or within the headset settings. In the phone app, from the home page, click the hamburger menu (|||) top left and select Devices. Then select your headset. Then scroll down and select Headset Settings. Then select wifi. Then select or add the wifi network to be used.

Were you able to fix your problem? I’m having the same issue.

Try "forgetting" the existing wifi network, reboot the headset, then try re-connecting the wifi network.
