MY quest 3 don’t work

I contacted meta on May 8 that my oculus could  turn on, shows the turning on screen, the trouble shoot screen, but other than that it shows me a bright black screen, I’ve only used this oculus for a week then never touched it again. On may 8 I had 30 days to send my oculus to Meta but I didn’t.

Is there any way I could send it still?

ive tried everything, trouble reset, hard reset, 

still only shows me black screen   only used it for a week.

 I have the emails of the ship stickers from May 8 to send it to meta but I think it expired
