My Quest 3 is stuck on USB update mode
No matter what i select it just goes back to USB update mode followed all the instructions on updating the software, but the pc makes the connection sound and nothing else, the quest just goes black ...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
The first thing we'd suggest for an update loop is the Meta Software Update tool, with a USB-C cable connecting your Quest 3 to a computer or laptop, you just need to follow the instructions on the screen to manually install any updates available.
If you're still caught in the update loop after this however, we'd love it if you could click on our profile here on the community forum and send is a private message. There'll we'll be able to collect some more information regarding your update loop and look at your options going forward.

I have followed the manual update instructions and no luck on getting the Headset to stay on long enough to get the update started my PC just says that it could not detect headset.

I've try using the update tool and it doesn't work om my model Quest 3s xbox edition. It would be nice to have this model or another way to update it.
I also have the quest 3s Xbox edition but it has had no issues so far my quest 3 is just stuck on a loop no matter what I select on the black USB update mode
