My quest 3S controllers won’t use new batteries and the old ones are the only ones that work

so I got some batteries two of them to be exact one is the same brand that’s fully charged and the other one is a different brand fully charged when I plugged them into both of my controllers it does not work and my old one is dead and  the only ones that work I don’t know what to do

    That sounds totally illogical. Did you put the batteries in the wrong way round? 😂

    I have the same issue with one of the quest 3 controller, I changed the battery to a new 1 and it stopped working

      Fascinating. Truly. Just out of curiosity… did you, by any chance… put the battery in backwards?

      That's strange. Either as steve_40 says it is in backwards or maybe the new battery is dead already. If you still have the package, check the expiry date on the battery.
