My quest 3s says its memorie is full

When I went to try and update a game my quest said it's memory is full. So I uninstalled three games, restarting my headset four times and no matter what I do it says memory is full and won't let me update the game. When I uninstalled the game it won't let me install it again please I can't do anything

  • Memory is RAM not storage space. Maybe your save game has become too bloated. Try loading an earlier save from the Quest cloud or clearing the game's data cache.

  • The advice steve_40 has given you is worth trying. But still check that your on board storage, 128gb or 256gb, whatever you have isn't almost full. RAM as Steve mentioned is memory. There are a couple of games that have memory leak issues and you get the memory full message. This is a game fault.. I had this issue with Madison before the developers fixed it in conjunction with Meta. Check the game you're trying to play to see if anyone has the problem as well.. Sometimes in the game reviews on the Horizon app, you can check.

  • Sorry I meant memer as in the storage space the storage is not tracking what I deleted not updating the space and saying that storage is full

In your headset, go into Settings>General>Storage, from there you can clear app data or uninstall apps. Pay attention to the color-coded bar at the top, it shows how your storage is being used, and you can see if you have freed sufficient space.

  • I figured it out. It was a glitch on the account I play on. It said it wasn't full when it was so I went to the other account on my Oculus and deleted stuff
