My Rift S is not working and my SN isn't accepted for support.

 My Rift S started to disconnect ramdomly last week. Now it is having connection issues and the video isn't working, showing just 3 dots.  I tried to contact suppot but my seial number is not being ...

I hope you get it working again, I saw some posts from people having trouble with link after update to v81.
