My right controller shows three red dots and it doesn't work

Question

Everything what I tried, doesn't help: reconnection, switching off the glasses, pulled out the battery out of the controller. It's anyway doesn't work and shows three red dots. What I have to do?

Try using fresh batteries, not just pulling them out and putting them back in.

Thank you for your answer, but we tried it also and the issue is still there. It should be something else. Maybe I have to send it to meta service center to check?
