My son cannot log into his family profile.
My son is unable to log into his meta account on his headset. I believe that his account might be compromised, but there appears to be no way to get in contact with support directly.
I found a link to a form that Irish users can use to get in touch, but it's broken, as it routes the "I have an account issue or lost access to my account" query to the "I want to report an underage user" page. This is EXTREMELY frustrating seeing as it is a matter of account security.
The fact that there's no direct support for Meta services makes me regret ever getting these headsets for my kids. I feel at this stage that this is simple grounds to report this lack of support options to the European Ombudsman.
