My son is locked out of his meta account

I really need help fixing my sons account he cant play his games and I spent a lot of money on this for it to just go waste like that. Please help! What do I need to do to verify him

      Yeah, these forum titles are bizarre and kinda embarassing. I wonder what title will be next, "Master of the Universe", "Mark Zuckerberg's Spiritual Consultant" or maybe "Supreme Architect of All Realities" 🙃.
