My son's account is locked because I can not verify his birthday.
My son's account is locked for 12 hours because I can not verify his birthday. I entered his birthday and am receiving a message that says it does not match. There is nothing more I can do since I can not look up his birthday from within my parent account. Maybe I mistyped it originally, I have no idea why it is failing and have no way to verify it from my (parent) end. This is really a deficiency with how you've automated this solution and is extremely frustrating that I (as a parent) do not have more control over my child's profile (or access to his information). Take a note from all the other major media/game sources, Google, Microsoft, Nintendo, Apple, etc. They ALL have so much more robust solutions for child accounts. As a parent, I should have more control and your push towards automation is only frustrating and making your otherwise fairly cool product a $500 paper weight as I (as a parent) have no real use for it. Now I am forced to either create a new profile and presumably lose $100's of games, etc. that were purchased directly through his account and all the progress he made through the games or guess his birthday over the next several 12 hour periods ... because I have no idea (and cannot verify) what is in the database already.
