Natural turning issue.

So, I have a bizzare trouble with my wireless streaming. I`m using VD, Link, Steam Link and every time I, independently of streaming resolution, codec, bitrate and other bull**bleep**, tries to turn myself with my own body and head movement, I experience these black bars. Like, streaming dosen`t get up to speed with game itself, BUT, If I`m turniung artificialy, even at high speed, it dosen`t happen. How can I FIX IT?

Please, be useful, and don`t tell me to reinstall something, or some basic solutions. If you know how to deal with it I would be greatful.

    Hey there OdimusDir!

We hear you're having a bizarre problem when it comes to playing wireless link, with it looking like the black bars not catching up to your actual game,  that's of course not ideal while enjoying some immersive PCVR gaming. We'd love to take a look into this and see what we can do to get this problem solved.

Now you mentioned that you use VD, Link as well as Steam Link, while we can't provide any specific troubleshooting steps when it comes to VD or Steam Link, we'd still be happy to take a look into what the issue might be since it also occurs while you're using Link/Airlink, correct?

Before we take a look into troubleshooting this problem, could we ask you a few questions to get a better graps of the situation?

    Can you tell us:

    • Has Link ever worked before you encountered this problem?
    • Is you PC compatible with our windows PC requirements? You can check our requirements by clicking here.
    • Does this problem only occur while streaming/playing?
    • Do you see these black bars while playing on your Quest without a PC connection?
    • Does this problem only happen in certain games? Does it happen in the home environment?
    • Have you made any changes in your setup recently? For example, changes to your graphic card, settings or anything else that comes to mind.

Once we've got a better understanding of the problem at hand, we can have a look at possible troubleshooting that we can take to solve this problem.

Thank you and we look forward to hear from you!
