Navigator on one account but not the other 4.

I just got 3 headsets up and running in my house.  Two look like what I am used to, but one headset with one account looks completely different and from what I have looked up it is this Navigator option.  The thing is though, on THAT SAME HEADSET if I log in to my account it looks Normal without the Navigator settings.  How do I change the other account that is stuck in this Navigator GUI back to the original way as it is causing my daughter to get very frustrated because she doesn't know where to go and I can't tell her because I don't know how it works.

Essentially I want all the logins and all the headsets to look the same.  So my question is how do I put my kids account back to looking like everyone else's account and not be in Navigator?

    Quite asinine and disappointing to have a company randomly choose test subjects on a product that was paid for with your own money.  Now that the other girls have looked at what hers looks like they want theirs to look like that and it has caused a headache for me.  Thanks for adding more trouble to my life for no reason.  This is ridiculous.....

    Yes, because having Navigator isn't related to the headset, but to the account.

    There was an option to disable Navigator in advanced settings of the headset and use the old UI - I  don't have Navigator either and can't check, so I'm not entirly sure if this option still exist.

    If this setting has been removed, then there is no option to get the old UI back.🙁

      The account was created the exact same time all the other accounts were created and it is the only one that has this issue.  I created 4 accounts this morning.

        It has nothing to do when you create an account or where in the world you are.

        Meta gives such features randomly to accounts, some people get them earlier than others🤷‍♀️

      V83 PTC release notes:

      Get started with Navigator

      You can enable or disable Navigator at any time by going to Settings and selecting the Experimental section. Once enabled, you can invoke Navigator by pressing the Meta button on your right controller, making it easily accessible whenever you need it.

        No such setting in either of my Quest 3's.

        One running navigator one not.

      As a father of 2 daughters, this is more a daughter issue than a Meta issue. 😂😂 They always want to have the exact same thing. I feel for you to! Anyway, enjoy the Christmas holidays and the New Year. Hopefully 2026 bring you 3 Quest headsets that all look the same!

        Identical twin girls is what I have, so it's abnormally rough when something like this happens.
