Hi Choleni,
I have tried to utilize the "Get Support", however, the page is not presenting any option to talk to someone. I try to sign-in to the accounts associated with the headsets, but I cannot log in because I do not have access to the 2FA phone number that was lost. I tried using this account, however, it says they will not let me contact support as "no devices are connected to this account". Do you have another solution to get in contact with someone as "Get Support" is not a viable option.
My link is a direct link to email, chat or WhatsApp..... you don't need a device, you even not need an account to use it😉
