Need help with Meta Quest account 2FA (locked out, but still logged in on headset)

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble accessing my Meta Quest account. I set it up about two years ago, and it’s not linked to Facebook or Instagram. The account shows as the admin account on my headset.

The issue: whenever I try to log in on my phone or desktop, it asks for 2FA or recovery codes. I don’t remember setting this up and don’t have the codes anymore. I do still know the email and password, and the account is currently logged into my Quest headset.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a way to reset or recover 2FA?
