Question

please I need help with my Instagram account.

My account was recently restricted, and I was asked to verify my identity by uploading a government-issued ID. I did that, and while my Facebook account got restored, my Instagram account is still restricted.

I suspect the issue is because the name on my ID is different , from the Instagram account is under … which is actually my business name. The name is a registered brand — I have a CAC certificate and business bank account with that name.

I’ve tried contacting Meta, but I’ve not gotten any response yet. Has anyone faced something similar? What can I do to prove that the account is mine and get it back?

Any advice would really help. Thanks.
