Need Meta Birthday Updated - Incorrect DOB and Unable to Contact Customer Service for Change

Hi MetaStoreHelp, 

My Meta account has an incorrect birthday. I have tried all the forms and they are locked. It will not let me upload my ID. It has me as a minor and I am an adult so, I am missing content across my accounts and losing access. Please verify my birthday. I am able to provide my ID.
